Docivo is the tracked document sharing and data room module of Startup MIS. Send a link and see who opened it, which pages they read and when they came back.
What Docivo is
Docivo lets a founder share a document by link instead of by attachment. It is made for founders who send board packs, decks and data rooms to investors, boards and advisors.
Share the board pack
Send one link to each person. Docivo shows who opened it, how many pages they read and when they returned.
Set the rules before you send. Ask for an email or a code, add a password, or request a signed NDA. Close the link when you are done.
Run a data room
A Space holds your files in folders. Give each person the viewer, editor or admin role. Share a Space with one public link.
Keep a room locked until the right person arrives. Let outsiders send files back through a file request link.
What you can control
Access gates
Require an email, a one-time code or a password. Ask for an NDA with a typed-name signature. A signed certificate PDF is kept.
Link controls
Set an expiry date or a view limit. Expire a link a set number of hours after it is first opened. Turn downloads on or off.
Page control
Hide chosen pages from a shared document. Add a watermark that carries each viewer's details.
Spaces
Group files in folders. Give people the viewer, editor or admin role. Each Space has one public link.
File requests
Send a link so outsiders can upload files to you, such as signed forms or investor documents.
Q&A
Viewers can ask questions on a document. You answer in one place.
Versions
Replace a file and keep the old versions. Restore an earlier one when you need it.
Visitors
See every visitor in one list. Export it to CSV.
AI summary
Get a short summary of how people engaged with a document.
Custom domain
Send share links from your own domain.
File types
PDF, PNG, JPG, DOCX, XLSX and PPTX. Office files are converted to PDF in the app.
