Our service
Startup MIS, its software and its design belong to us. These terms give you the right to use the service, and no other rights in it.
We work to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, add or remove features. We will try to give notice of major changes.
Pricing
Pricing has not been announced. We will tell you before any charge applies, and you can choose not to continue.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". Reports, forecasts and AI output may contain errors. Check them before you rely on them. Startup MIS does not give financial, legal, tax or investment advice.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending access
You can stop using the service and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, or if we need to protect the service or other users. On request we will export or delete your data as described in the privacy policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to And Media, the operator of Startup MIS. Disputes will be handled by the courts that have jurisdiction under those laws.
